Mother Daughter Circle ⭕️

Puberty can be a time of great mystery and change for our daughters.

Helping them to prepare for this experience by offering age-appropriate information in a setting that is supportive, positive, and shame-free is one of the most powerful ways to support their self-esteem and body empowerment.

Mothers and daughters (aged 9-12) are invited to join together for this mother-daughter circle. Each circle will have a blend of age-appropriate educational resources, hands-on learning, ritual, art-making, and story sharing. We will be led by the girls!

This first circles topic will be based around self love, self confidence and the power of the feminine.

Please bring: 

🪑 a cushion or rug to sit on 

💧 a water bottle

🌸 a flower or other small personal totem to add to the alter

❤️ an open heart
