PRENATAL VISITS

After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. 
I have lots of resources to address any questions, fears or anxieties you or your partner may have so that you go into your birth with positivity and clarity. 

I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.

BIRTHING GUIDANCE

I provide personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. 
As a Doula and friend, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed, both physically and emotionally. 
I am not only there for you, but also for your partner. My presence allows your partner to be fully immersed in the birthing experience without having to worry about the other “stuff”. 

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

I offer postpartum support either as an addition to the birthing package or on its own. 
It is so important to take care of yourself postpartum. We say that “it takes a village”, but these days the village may not be available either emotionally or physically.
