Our theme for this circle is: Breastfeeding Grief

In a world where mothering and breastfeeding is often undervalued and the pain and grief that can come alongside it is swept under the rug, I’d like to provide sacred, safe space for women to share their experiences.

You may be experiencing grief from:

🧡 Having to stop breastfeeding before you were ready

🧡 Grief or difficult feelings from weaning

🧡 Not being able to breastfeed at all

🧡 Not feeling supported in your decision to breastfeed

🧡 Low supply struggles

🧡 Any other hurdle or experience that has brought about feelings of grief in your breastfeeding journey

We will join in circle to ground ourselves, meditate, share and connect. 

Please bring: 

🖊 a notepad and pen

🪑 a cushion to sit on 

💧 a water bottle

🌸 a flower or other small personal totem to add to the alter (this will be returned to you at the end)

❤️ an open heart
