Coffs Womens Circle - Intimacy

Our theme for this circle is: Intimacy, Sexuality & Pleasure as women

Do you feel a disconnect from your femininity or sexuality?

Some of us may bring stories of positivity, connection and pride; others may bring stories of regret, trauma and sadness. All feelings are welcome in circle. We see you and hear you, sister! 

Please know that this is not a circle that will involve sexual practices or the pressure to share your personal sexual experiences unless you would like to and it is on topic.

Instead we will be exploring:

- How sex has changed for the female over the last few decade & what this means for us now as females navigating relational intimacy

- What most women are experiencing when they feel disconnected from their sexuality in their minds and bodies

- Practices for boundaries & communication with sexual partners

We will join in circle to ground ourselves, meditate, journal, share and connect. 

Please bring: 

🖊 a notepad and pen

🪑 a cushion to sit on 

💧 a water bottle

🌸 a flower or other small personal totem to add to the alter (this will be returned to you at the end)

❤️ an open heart
