Our theme for this circle is: The Full Moon - Self Love & Gratitude

What do you think of when you hear the words “self-love?” For many people, self-love isn’t usually something that sits at the top of the priority list. However prioritising compassion and love for ourselves is more important for our mental health and well-being than we think!

Self-love improves physical health.

Self love motivates you to make healthy choices in life.

Self-love helps you set healthy boundaries.

Self-love is empowering.

Self love allows you to love others.

Sit in circle with your sisters, share about your struggles and your wins in relation to self love. Hear the medicine of your sisters words, sparking the beginnings of healing, acceptance and pride.

Finish with a nude* sisterhood photoshoot by the amazing Elise from Wallflower & Wild Photography.

*Nudity is not compulsory, your consent and comfort is of upmost importance. Some women will be nude though, so please consider your comfort level when booking your ticket.

We will join in circle to ground ourselves, meditate, journal, share and connect. 

Please bring: 

🖊 a notepad and pen

🪑 a small blanket to sit on 

💧 a water bottle

🌸 a flower or other small personal totem such as a crystal to add to the alter (these will be returned)

❤️ an open heart and mind
