Mother & Daughter Circle ⭕️

Pre pubescence can be a time of great mystery and change for our daughters. 

Helping them to prepare for this experience by offering them a safe, supportive, positive, and shame-free space is one of the most powerful ways to support their self-esteem and body empowerment. 

Mothers and daughters (aged 8-12) are invited to join together for this mother-daughter circle. There will have a blend of age-appropriate facilitated conversation, ritual, art-making, and story sharing. We will be led by the girls!

This circles topic will be based around self love, self confidence and the power of the feminine. 

Please bring: 

🪑 a cushion or rug to sit on 

🧥 weather appropriate clothes, it is outdoors

💧 a water bottle

🌸 a flower or other small personal totem to add to the alter

❤️ an open heart
