Our theme for this circle is: Healthy Boundaries
What stops you from setting boundaries? A few of these reasons stem from social conditioning, such as ‘ The Good Girl' archetype - not wanting to upset anyone's feelings, and ‘The Independent Woman' archetype - not wanting to seem weak by asking for help, or ‘The Fun Time Girl’ archetype - Not wanting to seem boring for saying no.
We will join in circle to ground ourselves, meditate, journal, share and connect.
Please bring:

🪑 a cushion to sit on
💧 a water bottle
🌸 a flower or other small personal totem to add to the alter
❤️ an open heart
